Diets, problems and solutions?

Where there are diets there are problems.  If it were not so, then, we’d all be slim and svelte.  The EODD diet is one of my favorite diets because instead of “diets, problems” it sees “diets, solutions!”

Diets, problems, problem #1: Boredom

“This diet is like eating cardboard and rags, I can’t take it anymore!”  The cry is fimiliar to the ear and heart of many dieters.  Dieting is just  to boring.  Eating is a big part of the joy in life and nothing kills that joy faster than being restricted to non-comfort foods the rest of your life.  In fact it is impossible for all but a handful of taste challenged health nuts.  Sure they are healthy, but are they any fun?
